On Monday, June 5, 2017, during Simpson County Board of Supervisors meeting Dean Philip Dickinson was awarded a $500 Mississippi Association of Supervisors Scholarship.
Dickinson is the son of Rhuel and Fondra Dickinson.
Dickinson is a student at the University of Mississippi and a graduate of Mendenhall High School.
