Copiah-Lincoln Community College President Dr. Ronnie Nettles (left) and Simpson County Center Vice President Dr. Dewayne Middleton (right) congratulate sophomore Victoria “Tori” Sullivan of Magee on receiving a Presidential Partnership Scholarship to Mississippi State University. Students eligible for the scholarship must be attending a Mississippi community college and be a member of Phi Theta Kappa. The community college president nominates recipients. The Presidential Partnership Scholarship covers the cost of tuition for two years at MSU.
