Steven Howard McWain, 65, passed away on July 25, 2015 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
He was born on April 20, 1950 in Yakima, Washington to his parents, the late George Robert McWain and Clara Sue Hemphill.
He is survived by one son, Nathan Howard McWain; sisters, Susan McWain Boyles (Joey), Ina McWain Magee (Marc); nephews, Isaac Greene, Layton Greene, Joseph Boyles; nieces, Kylie Claire Greene, Paisley Jolie Maddox and Lily Marie Greene.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Joshua Greene.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, any donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
