The Magee Lions Club recognized Lion Dean Duke for recruiting two members who have remained with the club for a full year. Presenting Lion Dean with his key pin is Lion’s Club Secretary Lion James Smith and Lion’s Club President Josh Duckworth.The meeting continued with Lion Danny Cowart hosting Steve Allen as guest speaker. Allen spoke to club members about the provider network now formed in Mississippi to support groups and organizations that provide services and support to persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This group is about three years old and works to coordinate provider needs and issues and seek solutions.
