The past few weeks seem to have brought much adversity in people’s lives. I have prayed for the people who have lost family members. I have prayed for the people who are dealing with sick love ones. I’ve prayed for students and teachers as school starts rolling. I’ve prayed for the people of Louisiana as they face the unknown…the people of Italy. I’ve prayed for myself as I have dealt with inner fears. I can’t even imagine the fears these families who are “living” in floods are facing.
God will continue with us until we learn how to stay peaceful in the storms of our lives. Our spiritual maturity shows when we are calm during circumstances are not calm.
Stability is a sign of maturity…then God can trust us even more with His power and blessings.
I am praying for our people to remain calm during adversity.
