With 22 of 22 Precincts reporting, the vote count for Simpson County was released Tuesday night, November 7, 2023.  This count does not include absentee ballots or affidavit ballots.

Simpson County has 16,787 registered voters.  7,201 ballots were cast. (about 42.90% voter turnout)
