On November 19, 2020 Sta-Home Director Laura Lynn Barr, Kare-In-Home Patient Care Coordinator Jessica Cockrell RN, & Georgeanna Keeman Volunteer of Communications Coordinator spoke to Instructor Brenda White’s Health Science classes about careers and services offered during HOSA week. Sta-Home Health & Hospice has proudly served patients in Mississippi for over forty years.  Stay-Home provides skilled home healthcare services and hospice/end of life care to the residents of approximately 50 counties. All services are carried out with a patient-focused approach to help ensure positive outcomes for our patients. As a leader in post-acute home healthcare services, Sta-Home provides comprehensive care, guidance and support for a wide variety of needs, including complex, chronic conditions. Kare-In Home located in Flowood, MS is a family owned organization that has also served MS for over 40 years. They provide a solution when a patient requires individual care beyond that available through hospital nursing staff, a nursing home or home health visit. A private care nurse is on hand when care is needed.  Kare-In-Home also seeks and trains volunteers to share their time and talents to leave a lasting impression on patients and families facing a life limited illness.  These volunteers can be as young as sixteen-years old.
