SPIRITUAL ANGER
Does your anger show the worst or best of you? We have people in our church services that get very very angry if the church services go over the noon hour. Listen as the Holy Spirit talks to you today.
Our devotion today comes from Daniel 3:19. The was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury and the form of his visage or face was changed against Shaddrach, Meshach, and Abednego therefore he spake and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was to be heated.
Nebuchadnezzar was mad or angry because the Hebrew children would not fall down and worship false Gods. The Hebrew children kept their faith in God. There God delivered them from the furnace and killed the men that took and bound them. The king saw four people in the fiery furnace. The Hebrew children never got burnt. After seeing what God had done God replaced anger with faith in him. If we server God our reward will be worth it all.
Who is your God? Can He deliver you from your fiery furnace? God wants to put His arms around you and say come follow me. God is calling you from a life of wasted years. You have tried the world now try Jesus and live forever.
Father thank you for just being you. Set us on fire in serving you. Have a blessed and victorious week.
