Starting September 9, First Baptist Church Magee has a new Bible study for single moms on Sunday mornings (9-9:45am), meeting in the Family Life Center room 208 (second floor by restrooms). We would like to invite any single mom in our community to join us for fellowship and Bible study. Our first Bible study series will be a video discussion, “Mom Set Free” by Jeannie Cunnion.
“Mom Set Free is an invitation to [moms] to stop worrying about the minor details and embrace God’s role in their child’s life. This isn’t an excuse to be a lousy parent, but instead offers a chance to focus on your relationship with God and what he has asked of you.”
The Single Mom Bible study group is for moms of all ages who are single for whatever reason. This is a ministry dedicated to cultivating friendships, education, and support.
