Simpson Academy varsity football team won Friday’s home playoff game against Oak Forest Academy by a score of 14-7.

#10-Barrett McKenney; #54-Brody Blakeney; #2-Hayes Berry;

Oak Forest Academy is located in Amite, La.

Oak Forest scored first in the second quarter.  Simpson scored both touchdowns in the 4th quarter with Parker Pierce nailing the points after.

Simpson will travel to Starkville Academy for the next round of playoffs.  The November 10th game begins at 7PM.

Simpson is 7-4 in regular season play and 3-1 in district play.  Starkville 9-2 in regular season and 4-1 in district play.   Starkville advanced to the next round by defeating Leake Academy.
