Mendenhall, MS (April 19, 2021) — The board members of the Simpson County School District (SCSD) today announced the appointment of Toriano Holloway, Ph.D. as the new Superintendent. Dr. Holloway is replacing Greg Paes who is retiring in June.
“We are excited to announce Dr. Holloway as our Superintendent for the Simpson County School District,” said Danny Cowart, Board President, Simpson County School District. “We had a total number of 16 candidates apply for the position from across the United States, Mississippi, and the SCSD.
