An inmate in the Simpson County jail died Tuesday morning, January 10th.
Herman Lindsey was found dead inside of his cell.
Lindsey was found unresponsive in his cell. The body showed no marks or trauma. Foul play is not suspected.
Lindsey was arrested earlier this month with 6 pounds of an illegal substance (Spice).
The Sheriff Department is waiting on the coroner report before releasing more information to the public.
The Simpson County Sheriff Department does not comment on an outgoing investigation.
