Rhuel Dickinson, County Administrator, presents his monthly report:
1. Adopt an order to approve the Claims Docket of April 15, 2015, in the amount of $674,512.28, the claim to Fuelman in the amount of $25,957.43, and the electronic payment claim for VISA in the amount of $2,151.05.
2. Authorize the March 2015 Completed Claims Docket to made a part of the minutes and for the Board President to sign.
3. Approve the Financial Reports and Solid Waste Reports for the month of March 2015, as presented by the County Administrator.
4. Approve the 4 year road plan.
5. Approve advertising county resources with an advertisement for both the Mendenhall and Magee Miss Hospitality program book for $175.00 for a 1/2 page advertisement each with authorization to issue the check immediately upon submission of the advertisement.
6. Approve the resolution adoption Health Care Zone Master Plan for Simpson County.
7. Approve the renewal of the annual Standby Generator Industrial Maintenance Service Agreement for the county generators for the total price of $3,198.00.
8. Authorize obtaining quotations and the installation of new fiber optic computer lines laid underground from the Courthouse to the Chancery Building to ensure continued operation of county computer and accounting functions.
