125 young girls competed in the annual Linda Dear Basketball Clinic held May 31st thru June 3rd at the Simpson Academy gym. From first to twelfth, the court was filled with kids shooting, passing, and dribbling.
Girls 1-6 grade participated in camp from 8:30-11. Girls in 7- 12 participated from 1-4.
The girls participate in 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 competition.
dCoach Dear was assisted by Coach Chaucer Funchess, Alissa Grace Brewer, Anna Clare Walker (Alissa Grace and Anna Claire were players on the 2019 State Championship team, and Coach Laurie Wyatt who will be coaching at Mize in the fall.
