A shooting was reported to the Simpson County Sheriff’s office January 4, 2019. The incident took place at 202 Big Hill Road, Pinola, MS. The home belonged to James Pittman. Mr. Pittman’s vehicle had been shot and home was fully engulfed in flames.
At this time there are no suspects. The Simpson county Sheriff’s Department and the State Fire Marshall’s office are investigating the incident.
