Magee Police Department Press Release
On Sunday night, November 7, 2021, at approximately 8:06pm, Magee Officers responded to a report of ‘shots fired’ in the area of Hillside Apartments and Eastgate Manor Apartments. It was discovered that someone had fired numerous times from the parking lot area of Hillside Apartments. 2 apartment buildings and 2 vehicles were struck by gunfire.
Thanks to evidence gathered at the scene by Officers and the Criminal Investigator, witnesses, and surveillance video, a person of interest has been identified in the shooting.
This case remains under investigation and all anonymous tips or information are greatly appreciated.
