May 4th is International Firefighter’s Day.  In Simpson County, we are blessed with a dedicated group of volunteer firemen.  They dedicate their lives to the protection of life and property.

The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation ask we celebrate firefighters by lighting our home in red on May4-6.

I am not sure I have something to light my home red, but I can tell you this…all lights will be ablaze in honor of these great guys.
