Simpson General Hospital hosted an open house of their Drive-Thru Clinic on Friday, July 21, 2023.  The clinic was the brain child of Greg Gibbs, hospital administrator.

The SGH Drive-Thru Clinic offers the opportunity to receive medical treatment without getting out of the car.  The clinic treats  all ages.

Local supporters of the clinic and hospital enjoyed refreshments as well as a tour of the clinic.

 

A children’s clinic has opened inside the main clinic.  The rooms are fun and inviting for children who can receive all services.  “We are promoting vaccines for children.  Often, vaccines are not available in an area.  We are ready! Stated Michele.”  Lauren McDonnieal is in charge of the children’s area and has big plans for the future.

Plans for the main area lobby area is a Christmas village.  Cemper Scott has a lay out that will make  young ones eyes shine.  “In the area we will have actual hands on activities so children can create and take home whatever their creation” stated Cemper.

The future for SGH is bright.  Continuous change and development to increase the power of SGH is on everyone’s mind!
