Simpson County Technical Center’s Diesel Technology class visited Mississippi Diesel Products
located in Mendenhall. David Mitchell, owner, started the business with just a few thousand
dollars and has built it into a million dollar industry over the years. Students were given a step-
by-step tour through the plant and shown how to test top quality diesel engine products at the
highest standards. This includes injectors, pumps, turbochargers and accessories. Mr. Allen
Sanders is the Instructor for Diesel Technology.
