Carpentry students at Simpson County School District are learning about deconstruction and the value of taking apart objects. Deconstructing an object or structure allows one to reclaim amounts of resources that went into construction that are no longer used or needed.  This process is considerably longer than destroying the object, but the reward allows one to recycle and cut down on material expense. The instructor of the class is Johnie May.
