Simpson Varsity Cheer finished 3rd in State. Coach Brandi Giordano couldn’t be prouder of them!
“I love them like they were my own!!” she said.
Giordano said they have worked their tails off since this summer. They had early morning practice (6:00 a.m.) and Sunday afternoons since August. They showed up and gave everything they had. We can’t thank our football team, parents, students, and school enough for the support they have shown. They showed up today, and they were loud! The squad appreciates everything everyone did for them! Simpson definitely showed up and showed out today! Congratulations to our dance team we are so proud of y’all!! It is always a great day to be a Cougar.”
The competition squad includes: Lola Cook, Avery Daughdrill, Maggie Duncan, Ava Dunn, Mollie Kate Garner, Miley Howard, Ansley Jones, Maddie Ellen Maddox, Madilynne McDonniel, Payten Myers, Emma Overby, Vallie Polk, Hallie Shivers, Maggie Shivers, Addi-Caite Smith, Elie Stewart, Hallie Styron, Marlee Welch, Addyson Steed, and Avery Vanderford.
