The Jimmy Clyde Sportsplex is rocking and rolling today or should I say “hitting it out of the park” as 51 teams play 51 games today using all 8 fields!

Be ready for the traffic!

Although you may never visit the Sportsplex, these teams and their families spend the day in Magee eating at our restaurants, purchasing supplies…spending their money!  Be kind to these teams…they bring sales tax to our city!

Sunday, 48 teams will play on 7 fields.

The teams are travel ball teams which come from all over the state.

Hats off to Jimmy Zilla and the Parks and Rec crew!  Thanks for making us proud!

The Sportsplex was named in honor of former Mayor Jimmy Clyde.
