During a recent special called school board meeting, Dr. Robert Sanders was voted and named the new Director of Human Resources in the Simpson County District Office.
Dr. Sanders has accomplished great improvements at Mendenhall High School especially bringing MHS to a “B” rating.
MHS will miss him dearly but the county office is gaining a hard valuable worker.
In other business Eugenia Benton was hired at Mendenhall Junior High, and Karen Williamson was hired part time at Magee as a Math teacher. Amy White will replace Jordan Faler at Mendenhall Junior high as a cheer coach. Dr. Karen Bryant was approved as Counselor at Magee Elementary.
