Sam Sanderford, 62, of Raleigh, MS died Monday, February 22, 2016 at his residence in Raleigh, MS.

He was born Monday, March 30, 1953.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Sanderford Family Cemetery in Raleigh, MS. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements. (601)782-4544
He is preceded in death by his parents: Wallace Andrew Sanderford and Margie Marie Sanderford; sisters Bretha Mae Bownen, Linda Graves and Charlotte Thornton; son Jerry Sanderford.
He is survived by: Daughter – Rene Traxler, Stringer, MS, Brothers – Ray Sanderford of Raleigh, MS, Jimmy Allen (Pete) Sanderford, Raleigh, MS and Ricky Sanderford, Raleigh, MS, Grand Children – Danny Traxler and Perry Traxler,
Pallbearers will be Chris Sanderford, P.J. Sanderford, Sammy Sanderford, Sten Sanderford, Andrew Sanderford and Justin Sanderford. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Dallan Traxler and Danny Traxler.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh.
