Sadie Kate Kennedy of Mendenhall recently served as a page for the Mississippi Senate. Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff. Sadie is pictured with Lt. Governor Tate Reeves who sponsored her visit. Sadie is the daughter of Brian and Audra Kennedy. When asked about the week, Sadie said, “This is the second year I have paged during the Mississippi legislative session. Last year I was fortunate enough to page for Governor Phil Bryant. During my two times as a page, I am so thankful for the new friends I have made and for the up-close opportunity to see how our Mississippi Legislature works. ”
