Sheriff Donald O’Cain reports On Saturday 01/09/2016 a home on 469 was burglarized and suspect was seen running into the woods. The suspect was later identified as Russell Lance Hutchins.
On 01/13/2016 Simpson County Deputies along with Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics were able to apprehend Russell Lance Hutchins at a residence on Ranger Rd in Raymond.
Mr. Hutchins was taken into custody without incident. Hutchins is also a suspect in multiple other outstanding burglaries in the Simpson/Lawrence county area.
