Ronnie Welch passed away at St. Dominic Hospital on January 27, 2025. He was born on October 10, 1959, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Billy John Welch and Louise Victoria Axton Welch.
Ronnie was a father, uncle, brother and friend. He was a man who would give his last dollar to anyone. He never met a stranger and would help anyone who needed a helping hand.
He worked in construction all of his life. During his lifetime doing his work, he made many lasting friendships with people who were just like family. His family was his whole world, especially his two sons, Ronnie Welch and Billy Welch. He loved life to its fullest. He would listen to your advice but was firmly convinced he was always right.
He is survived by his two sons, Ronnie Lee Welch Jr. (Jodi) and Billy William Welch, and one brother, Terry Welch.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Louise Victoria Welch.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at New Bethlehem Baptist Church, 2254 Hwy 541, Mendenhall MS  at 10:00 AM.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.

I am so very sorry to hear of Ronny’s passing!
I met him many years ago, 1985. He was so kind to
me. I remember my grandmother was in the hospital and he and Terry came to make sure I was ok. I have not seen him in many years. I know he will be missed!
