I was 23 years old when Roe Vs Wade was enacted.  Little did I know  or understand how this decision affected our world.  With age came a realization of life at conception and the sacredness of life.

The decision, authored by conservative Justice Samuel Alito, was widely expected and is hotly contested. The vote was 6-3 in favor of overturning Roe, with conservative and liberal justices splitting.

 U. S. Supreme Court opinions are posted in 10 minute intervals.  At 10:10 a.m., Roe was overturned.

Mississippi led the charge!  I am proud of our state and its leaders who fought diligently for the victory for the unborn.

Praise God from whom all blessing flow.

Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman’s liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction. The decision struck down many U.S. federal and state abortion laws. wikipedia.org

I have been fighting and praying, along with others, for this horrible taking of life to end. Thanks to God.
