Robert Michael Foster, 62 of Brandon, MS passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born Monday, September 25, 1961 in Jackson, MS.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 5:00pm until 6:00pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, MS. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 6:30pm at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Mount Olive, MS. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

Robert loved Elvis, Johnny Cash, his family, and his dog Daisy. He was a lover of movies and had a large collection of them. He will be deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Emily Wray Stephenson Herrington; step-father, Carrol Dee Herrington; father, Robert Foster; step-mother, Gale Foster; brother, Jeffrey Carrol Herrington.

Survivors include his sisters, Janice Elizabeth Herrington, Amy Rosanne Herrington Lofton and Rhonda Foster; nephews, Richard Jason Rambo (Jan), Benjamin Michael Rambo and Robby Emmanuel Lofton; nieces, Emily Ann Rambo (Curt Jordan), Jessica Suzanne Porter (Mac); Sydney DeeAnn Herrington-Baugh (Adrian), Chrysyde D. Lofton, Gwynyvyr “Atlas” Lofton and Sarah Elizabeth Lofton; 20 great and great-great nieces and nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.

    I send my deepest condolences. Michael was a Wonderful person, and my heart breaks because he left too soon. I met him back in 1978, and I was thankful for the time we shared. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
