A reception honoring Richard Rankin’s retirement was held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the Community Center in Mendenhall.

Mr. Rankin has served with the Development Foundation since 2008.

After many years of service Mr. Rankin decided it is time to enjoy life more and take a step back. Mr. Rankin has done many things for the foundation and will be greatly missed.
