The tents are up filled with fireworks just waiting for you to buy!  It’s that time of the year that puts our poor pets in a stupor—fireworks season!

The following ordinances are in affect for the City of Magee.

Fireworks may be sold two weeks prior to July 4th (June 20th) and one week after (July 11th).

Fireworks may be shot 7 days prior to a holiday from the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (June 20th-July 11th).   On July 4th, fireworks may be shot from 10 AM to 1 AM. 

Persons shooting any fireworks before or after hours that are allowed will be prosecuted.
