Richard Matt, one of the two New York prison escapees, has been shot and killed by law enforcement officers, Fox News confirms.

 

Richard Matt, one of the two convicted murderers who escaped from a prison in upstate New York three weeks ago, was shot dead Friday, law enforcement officials said.
