On Thursday, April 5, 2018, candidates/representatives for the US Senate Race for District 3 gathered at the E-911 building in Mendenhall for a meet and greet. The event was sponsored by the Simpson County Republican Women.

Kemper Scott, president of the group, introduced the candidates. Each candidate/representative gave a short talk introducing themselves and explaining their goals.
