Ayden and Paxten Wolken won the Reserve Champion English Steer and Walker McGuffee won Supreme Bull at the Dixie National Livestock Show. These guys have tight Simpson County ties! Ayden and Paxten are the sons of Candice & Mark Wolken of Mendenhall. Walker is the son of Ryan and Angie McGuffee of Canton but who grew up in Mendenhall. All the grandparents have Simpson County ties…ya’ll make us proud!
The Dixie National is the showcase of the livestock industry in Mississippi. The guys are also members of their 4-H and FFA chapters.
