Reminder: Annual Reports are due April 15, 2016
All corporations and limited liability companies doing business in Mississippi are required to file their annual report by April 15, 2016. Failure to file the annual report may result in administrative dissolution of the company.
Annual reports must be filed online at https://www.sos.ms.gov/BusinessServices/Pages/Annual-Reports.aspx. The Secretary of State’s Office has recently implemented a new filing system. If you have not yet used this system, you will need to set up a filing account.
