Raymond R. Hughes passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at his home. He was born on June 29, 1953, to OJ and Mary Lee (Barker) Hughes in Magee, MS.
He is survived by his sons, Raymond Gregory Hughes (Kim), Nicholas Channing Hughes (Rebecca); daughter, Contessa Leighann Hughes; brother Olyer Hughes; sisters, Brenda (Hughes) McLaurin, Gloria (Hughes) Reed; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, OJ and Mary Lee Hughes and sister, Rebecca (Hughes) Meggs.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS from 10:00 am until 10:45 am. A graveside service will follow along with interment at Sharon Cemetery in Magee, MS.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
