Owner Raymond Albert Booth is to appear before the Mayor and Aldermen on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 concerning the condition of the property.
Booth is in violation of City of Magee Property Maintenance Code (2015)
Shane Steele brought a property of concern before the board located at 807 5th Ave SE. The previous owners were asked to clean the property and appeared before the previous board. The property has changed hands to another family member but the property still has the same needs. The area has animals running loose; water and sewer issues. The 5th Avenue property will come before the board at the June 21, 2022 meeting
