At the November 4, 2025, City of Magee Board of Aldermen meeting, Alderman Allyson Berch made a motion to reinstate public comments on the board’s regular meeting agenda.

Four time slots have been added to the beginning of each meeting. Each speaker will have three minutes to address the board, and participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  Sign-up sheets will be available at 4:30 before each board meeting.

This addition does not replace the opportunity for residents wishing to be officially placed on the meeting agenda. Those individuals will continue to have five minutes to speak, but they must submit a request form to City Hall by Thursday at 5:00 PM prior to the regular Tuesday meeting.
Forms are available from Jon Styron at City Hall.
