The Lacey Evans building in Downtown Magee is looking awesome! The brick is being laid and the windows and doors are in! Lacey’s building will be the first building in downtown Magee to house rental property and commercial property in a long time if ever! Lacey is the local Alpha agent in Magee. The new building is located at 110 Main Avenue North. Lacey has made quite a commitment to downtown Magee!
Two apartments will be located above the agent office which will be accessible from the ally. Parking for employees and renters will be behind the building.
Nona Cook continues to transform the old downtown Trustmark Building into a Main Street restaurant which will be called “The Vault.” Nona had hoped to open by January 1 but the completion date has been pushed into January. Anything Nona and her husband, Jean-phillippe Cook undertake is done with style and flair. Can’t wait!
