At Tuesday night, January 30th, Board of Alderman meeting, Mayor Dale Berry presented the paper work for a beer license for The Vault to attorney Bruce Smith. Attorney Smith stated the license could not be approved until the signature on the paper work was notarized. (The beer license was approved in October. The approval was actually for the privileged Tax License for the City of Magee)
Matthew Hickman made a motion to approve the license upon receipt of a notarized signature. Lane Steel seconded the motion. The motion was approved.
