MAGEE, MS — Robert J. Barnes, President and CEO of PriorityOne Bank, recently
announced the promotion of Whitney Barnes Baker to Vice President, Director of
Marketing. Barnes stated, “Whitney is an invaluable member of PriorityOne Bank, and
her expertise in bank marketing makes her an essential asset in our mission to better serve
our communities. We are delighted to recognize her hard work with this well-deserved
promotion.”

Whitney, a graduate of Magee High School, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an
Emphasis in Graphic Design from the University of Mississippi. She is also a graduate of
the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management. With 19 years of banking
experience, Whitney has been a part of PriorityOne Bank since 2005, serving in various
roles such as Loan Operations, Technology Officer, Marketing/Advertising Officer, and
Vice President of Marketing.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Baker has also served her community in
multiple leadership roles, including, Magee Chamber of Commerce, Simpson County
Development Foundation, Simpson County Republican Executive Committee Treasurer,
Keep Magee Beautiful, City of Magee Board of Aldermen, First Baptist Church of
Magee Daycare Board of Directors, and Simpson County Arts Alliance. Whitney and her
husband, Brad, reside in Magee and have four children, Laura James, Barnes, Kadie
Ruth, and Leo.

PriorityOne Bank, based in Magee, Mississippi, operates seventeen offices in thirteen
Mississippi communities: Collins, Seminary, Sumrall, Hattiesburg, Purvis, Magee,
Mendenhall, Richland, Brandon, Flowood, Ridgeland, Gluckstadt, Pelahatchie, and
Morton. The bank has assets of approximately $1.1 Billion.
