Robert J. Barnes, President and CEO of PriorityOne Bank, recently announced the promotion of Leslie Welch to Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer at the Mendenhall branch. Barnes stated, “Leslie has grown within our organization and continues to take on new opportunities with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This promotion reflects the dedication she brings to her role and the impact she makes on our customers each day.”

Welch has built a strong career in banking, beginning with Copiah Bank from 2007 to 2009. She joined PriorityOne Bank in 2009 and has served in several roles, including Teller, Customer Service Representative, Loan Assistant, and Loan Officer. Her experience across these positions has provided a strong foundation for her continued success.

Leslie holds an associate degree and has participated in programs through the American Bankers Association, including Teach Children to Save and Banker in Every Classroom. She is also a member of PriorityOne Bank’s Blue-Ribbon Society, a distinguished peer-to-peer recognition honor awarded to employees who consistently go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service and living out the bank’s core values.
