MAGEE, MS — Robert J. Barnes, President and CEO, PriorityOne Bank, recently
announced the promotion of Josh Allen. Allen will be serving as Assistant Vice
President, Loan Operations Officer for PriorityOne. Barnes stated, “Josh has consistently
demonstrated his commitment to excellence and has shown exceptional dedication to
PriorityOne Bank's success. This promotion is a testament to his hard work and the
valuable contributions he continues to make to our team. We are proud to have him as a
part of our organization.”

Josh holds a Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Southern
Mississippi where he was a Swazye Scholarship Nominee. He has been with PriorityOne
Bank since February of 2015. He has served in many areas of the bank, including, Loan
Officer, Loan Assistant, and Teller.

Allen has also served his community in multiple leadership roles. He is currently serving
on the Economic Development Foundation Board of Directors and the Simpson County
Youth Leadership Committee. Josh and his wife, Rhegan, reside in Mize and will
welcome a son in May.
