MAGEE, MS  —  Robert J. Barnes, President and CEO, PriorityOne Bank, recently announced the promotion of John Price. Price will be serving as Loan Officer, SBA Specialist for PriorityOne.  Barnes stated, “I am delighted to announce this promotion, John is a wonderful employee and very deserving of this.”

He has been accepted to Mississippi State University’s Online Business School where he will begin earning his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in finance. Prior to joining PriorityOne, John was a Federal Agent for the US Small Business Administration Office of Financial Assistance.

John recently received his SBA Lender Diploma through the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL). NAGGL’s Lender Diploma Program is a premier training program. He will be recognized at the National SBA Conference held in New Orleans in September.

Price has also served his community in multiple leadership roles. He is a past state MVP for the Mississippi Development Authority’s (MDA) ASPIRE program through Covington County Chamber of Commerce and has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for eight years.

John and his wife, Alison, live in Seminary and have one daughter, Joanna Price.
