Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, announced today the promotion of Angie Prather to Senior Vice President.

Ms. Prather has been affiliated with Peoples Bank for more than three decades. She oversees both the Audit and Compliance Departments; two areas that have grown extensively with the bank’s expansion into nationwide mortgage lending and SBA Lending. She is located in the bank’s Mendenhall Operations Center.

Prather earned her Bachelor Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a graduate of the Mississippi School of Banking, held at the University of Mississippi. Ms. Prather has also completed studies at the ICBA Compliance Institute and the ICBA Audit Institute.
