Practical Nursing Students Receive Pins

Copiah Lincoln Community College Simpson Campus held their commencement service and pinning for the Practical Nursing Class Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Simpson County Campus.

Dr. Dewayne Middleton, Vice President, announced this was the first class to start with fifteen and finish with all fifteen.

The fifteen students are as follows Angela Barns, Fotaysha Berry, Michael Boles, Sabrina Boliver, Jennifer Butler, Chiquita Copeland, Misty Ferguson, Brittany Jones, Charlynda Kirksey, Hilary McGee, LeAnne Mcrae, Heather Reid, Latoya Thompson, Raven Wilson, and Shantay Womack.

Students graduating as members of the Technical Honors Society are as follows:  Angela Barnes, Michael Boles, Jennifer Butler, Misty Ferguson, and Raven Wilson.

Practical Nursing Faculty are as follows: Ann Brumfield, RN, BSN, Director; Hope Berry, RN, BSN, Instructor; Lane Flynt, RN, BSN, Instructor; and Pat Runnels, RN, MSN, Instructor.

Michael Boles was recognized for graduating with the highest Grade Point Average.

Congratulations to another successful Licensed Practical Nursing class receiving their pins from Copiah Lincoln Community College.
