I felt I should share this with all of you.
In this age of gutter and sewer politics. Our country will miss a man that did things the right way. Though like all of us John McCain was not perfect. However he was an example of a man who did things the right way as both a war hero and in American politics. Although Senator John McCain was a Republican Senator, his voting record and what he stood for, far exceeded partisan party lines. It was always country over politics. I very much admired him for his guts to stand for what he believed was right even if he had to stand alone. He was a man of integrity that we will greatly miss in our world of politics. Unlike our politicians now who only flows with the wind of their parties even if they are wrong, John would not go along with what he knew and felt was wrong. Those days are gone for most in both parties, Democratic and Republicans. There is no integrity , very few will take a stand for what is right ,most will stand for what is popular with their party even if it’s wrong. It’s politics over country. Hopefully by the political seeds John McCain planted the younger generation will model after him in the political arena and we will bring integrity back in the area of politics. John McCain was a man that was respected in both parties and that’s the way it should be. Regardless of your party affiliation Republican or Democrat, conservative or liberal, if you know anything about politics. John did it the right way both in the military and the political arena. His service to our country will not be forgotten especially by me. May God’s blessings be upon the McCain family.
