Under the direction of Jimmy Zilla,  the Parks and Rec department is now in charge of all parks except McNair Springs.

The change at City Park is noticeable!  From a  mowed and cleaned area to clean rest rooms, the park is making a come back. The picnic area is attractive and CLEAN!  The walking trail is well maintained.  Trash is pulled one or two times a day.

This “cutie” was having a ball at the park.

Now, problems still exist at the park.  The playground equipment is not in the best of shape…but the Keep Magee Beautiful Committee is working on a plan to upgrade the equipment.
