Magee, MS — Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, announced that Marylou Adcox has been promoted to Digital Banking Officer.

Based in the Mendenhall Operations office, Marylou will continue to lead the bank’s Digital Banking and ACH Operations. In her expanded role, she will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital banking platforms, ensuring customers have secure, user-friendly access to online and mobile banking services. Marylou is also responsible for managing ACH transactions, streamlining electronic payments, and supporting the bank’s growing portfolio of digital products for both individuals and businesses.

Marylou brings a strong background in ACH Operations and Digital Banking, paired with extensive training in both areas. Her experience and dedication have made her an invaluable part of the bank’s operations team. She plays a key role in all aspects of digital banking.

Marylou and her husband, Jimmie Adcox, reside in Mendenhall. She is the proud mother of Joseph Rushing (married to Ancy) and the loving grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren.
