Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, July 08, 2022 at Weathersby Baptist Church in Mendenhall for Paul (Wayne) Lee, 64, of Magee, who passed away Monday, July 4, 2022 at Forrest General Hospital. Burial will be at Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee. Bro. Maurice Bryant, Bro. Johnny Sykes, and Bro. James Reese will officiate the services.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Weathersby Baptist Church. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031.

Mr. Wayne was a long time member of Weathersby Baptist Church where he served as Chairman of the deacons and sound technician specialist. He was the stronghold of his family and the jack of all trades. He loved the outdoors and spending time with family. He loved his wife and his four paw babies; Dexter, Cat, Kitty, and Garfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxwell (Whitty) and Audell Lee; two brothers, Flynt Lee and Charles Lee.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Barr Lee of Magee, MS; three nephews, Max Lee and Zachary Lee two nieces, Amanda Lee and Rebecca Lee; four great-nephews and three great-nieces.

  Pallbearers will be Benny Blair, Aubry Russell, Zachary Lee, Jamie Ferguason, Jerry Cook, and John Earl Bowen.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Ainsworth, Max Lee, Johnny Graham, and Joe McGovern.
